End-to-End Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (SSL). Sensitive data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
Authorized Access
Only authorized personnel have access to user data—and only as required for support, troubleshooting, or compliance.
Regular Security Audits
Our systems are regularly monitored and undergo vulnerability scans and audits to proactively manage and mitigate risks.
Reputable Partners
We only use sub-processors that comply with international security standards (e.g., AWS, OpenAI, Stripe, Mixpanel).
Data Retention
- Account Data: Your user profile, business information, and chat/message history are retained for the duration of your active account.
- Integration Tokens: Access tokens and integration data are only kept while the connection is active. These are immediately revoked and deleted upon disconnection.
Data Deletion & Rights
You have full control over your data. We ensure prompt removal upon request:
- Account Deletion: You can delete your account via settings or by emailing support@getbloopy.com. All data is permanently erased within 7 days.
- Third-Party Integrations: Disconnecting an integration instantly deletes all associated access tokens and metadata.
- AI Training: We do not use your private business data or conversations to train public AI models.
Data Portability
Your data belongs to you. You can request a port or copy of your data at any time by contacting our support team at support@getbloopy.com.
