Bloopy is committed to protecting your personal and business data. This policy describes our security measures and your rights regarding data deletion.
Data Security
- Encryption. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (SSL). Sensitive data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
- Access Controls Only authorized personnel have access to user data, and only as required for support or troubleshooting.
- Regular Audits. Our systems are regularly monitored and audited for vulnerabilities.
- Third-Party Processors. We only use reputable sub-processors that comply with international security standards (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Stripe).
Data Retention
- Account Data. Your user profile, business information, and chat/message history are retained as long as your account is active.
- Connected Integrations. Access tokens and integration data are retained only as long as your connection is active. Tokens are immediately revoked and deleted if you disconnect an integration.
Data Deletion
You have full control over your data.
- Account Deletion. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@getbloopy.com.
- Upon deletion, your personal data, business data, and all associated chat/message history will be permanently erased from our production systems within 7 days (unless retention is required by law, e.g., billing records).
- Third-Party Integrations. When you disconnect an integration, all access tokens and related metadata are immediately deleted.
- AI Training. We do not use your business data or conversations to train public AI models. Data is only processed to provide Bloopy's features.
Data Portability
You may request a copy of your data at any time. support@getbloopy.com for assistance.
Children's Data
Bloopy is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us for immediate removal.
