If you don't have pre-written document policies or instructions, Bloopy offers a guided AI assistant that generates comprehensive knowledge articles for you. This interactive generation helper is currently available for the Text source type.
Generating Content with AI
To use the assistant, follow this setup flow:
- Create Text Source: Go to Knowledge Base > Add New, and select the 'Text' source card.
- Activate Assistant: At the top of the editor, click the 'Let Bloopy Help Me' button (the default selection is 'Write Myself').
- Answer Business Questions: The assistant will guide you through 6 quick questions to understand your business (e.g., Question 1: 'Briefly describe your business.').
- Choose Tone & Style: Set the preferred conversational tone of the generated content (e.g., friendly, professional, or direct).
- Review & Edit: The AI will generate a draft preview in the content editor. You can edit the text manually using the editor toolbar or click 'Regenerate' to create new options.
- Publish: Save and publish the source to immediately add it to your AI agent's active memory.
