A complete guide to reading analytical reports, KPI metrics, and building custom reports.

The Reports section is your primary analytics dashboard, offering detailed tracking of your business growth, support volume, and customer actions. Here you can monitor performance KPIs, build customized filter reports, and download historical analytics files.

1. Analytical KPI Cards

The dashboard displays eight distinct metric cards at the top, complete with percentage trend comparison indicators:

  • Total Revenue (Lifetime): The cumulative sales revenue processed through your accounts.
  • Monthly Revenue: Net income accumulated during the current calendar month.
  • New Customers (Month): Count of first-time purchasers acquired during this month.
  • Total Leads: The aggregate pipeline of all prospective customer contacts captured.
  • Won Leads: The total number of leads successfully converted into paid orders.
  • Total Tickets: Cumulative volume of support tickets opened by customers.
  • Open Tickets: Active support requests currently undergoing investigation or handling.
  • Product Sales Vol (30d): Total quantity of physical catalog items sold in the last 30 days.

2. Custom Report Builder

Click the 'Custom Report' button on the top right to expand the builder panel. Here you can generate and download custom spreadsheets by setting five parameters:

  • Report Type: Select the target database segment to analyze (e.g., Customers, Leads, Sales).
  • Granularity: Choose the reporting breakdown interval (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).
  • Date Range: Pick the start and end dates to specify your desired audit window.
  • Customer Status: Filter reports by specific customer lifecycle stages (e.g., All Statuses).
  • File Format: Select your preferred download file structure (e.g., Excel, CSV).

Once configured, click 'Generate & Download Custom Report' to compile the file immediately.

3. Generated Reports Log

At the bottom, the Generated Reports table archived all previously compiled files. You can find information for:

  • Report Name: The automatically assigned file name, including the date range window.
  • Type & Granularity: The segment classification and time intervals used for compilation.
  • Generated By & At: The administrator who initiated the request and the creation timestamp.
  • File Size: The document footprint in Megabytes (MB).
  • Actions: Click the vertical three-dot menu on any row to download or delete the report archive.
