Using the Resource Center

Quickly access setup assistance, watch demos, request new features, and send direct feedback from your dashboard.

The Resource Center is a persistent popover utility accessible directly from the top bar of your Bloopy dashboard. It serves as a quick-access hub to get started with key tools, watch product demos, and communicate directly with the Bloopy development team.

1. Accessing the Resource Center

To open the Resource Center, click the question mark icon (?) located on the right side of your dashboard's top bar (next to your notification bell and profile settings). This opens a dropdown menu featuring five primary tools:

  • Setup Assistance: Launches onboarding guides and interactive tutorials to help you configure your workspace, connect channels, and add your first product catalog items.
  • Help Center: Leads you directly to our comprehensive knowledge base (this guide) to search for common questions, tutorials, and policy documentation.
  • Demo: Plays a step-by-step video demonstration or walkthrough showing Bloopy AI managing orders, responding to customers, and processing payments in real time.
  • Feature Request: Opens a modal where you can pitch product enhancements and suggest new features directly to our engineers.
  • Send Feedback: Opens a secure comment modal to share your thoughts, report issues, or tell us about your experience.

2. Requesting a Feature

If you have an idea that would improve your experience on Bloopy, we encourage you to submit it. Selecting 'Feature Request' in the Resource Center opens a request form where you configure:

  • Feature Section: A dropdown to categorize where your idea applies (options include Conversations, Customers, Products, Orders, Transactions, Tickets, Knowledge Base, Tool Kit, or General).
  • Feature Description: A text area to describe in detail the feature you'd like to see, explaining how it works and why it would be valuable for your business.

Click 'Submit Request' to register your suggestion. Our product team reviews these requests regularly as part of our product roadmap planning.

3. Sending Direct Feedback

Your feedback is critical to improving Bloopy's reliability and ease of use. Selecting 'Send Feedback' opens a simple feedback drawer:

  • Message Text Box: Share what's on your mind—whether it's a bug report, a design suggestion, or a note about how much you enjoy the platform.
  • Our Promise: We read every single feedback submission. Click 'Submit Feedback' to send your message directly to our product managers.
