A complete directory of the Bloopy sidebar, settings sub-menus, and user profile actions.

The Bloopy interface is organized into a clean sidebar menu, a context-specific Settings sub-menu, and a user profile drawer at the bottom. This layout ensures you can access every commerce, customer relationship, and AI-training feature instantly.

1. Main Sidebar

  • Dashboard: Real-time overview of sales, performance, and operational metrics.
  • Conversations: A unified inbox to review customer chats and take over from the AI.
  • Leads: Track prospective customers and conversion pipelines.
  • Customers: Directory of customer profiles and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Products: Catalog inventory, services, and category collections.
  • Orders: Monitor sales progress from pending payment to delivery fulfillment.
  • Tickets: Track and resolve complex customer support cases.
  • Knowledge Base: Upload FAQs, documents, and URLs to train your AI agent.
  • Transactions: A transparent ledger of all payment transactions and statuses.
  • Reports: Detailed stats on sales volume, agent efficiency, and collections.
  • Settings: Configure platform configurations, account settings, and channels.

2. Settings Sub-Menu

Clicking 'Settings' opens an additional settings directory pane with the following options:

  • General: Update business details, currency preference, and contact info.
  • Security: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and update passwords.
  • Notifications: Toggle system alerts for new orders, low stock, and payouts.
  • Billing & Usage: Monitor subscription plans and purchase messaging credits.
  • Payouts & Settlement: Enter your bank details to configure settlements.
  • Members: Manage staff invitations, permissions, and roles.
  • AI Assistant: Tune the AI's instruction set, guidelines, and tone.
  • Channels: Connect WhatsApp API, Instagram, and other messaging channels.
  • Third Party Apps: Connect e-commerce integrations like Shopify or CRM tools.
  • WhatsApp Templates: Create and submit templates for Meta approval.

3. Credits & User Profile Drawer

At the bottom of the sidebar, you will find:

  • Credits remaining: A progress bar tracking your active messaging credits (e.g., 1447 / 1500) remaining for the current billing cycle.
  • User Profile: Click your profile tab at the bottom to expand settings options (Upgrade, Account, Billing, Notifications, and Log out). The upgrade button dynamically prompts you to upgrade to the next plan based on your current subscription tier (e.g., displaying 'Upgrade to Growth' if on the Starter plan, 'Upgrade to Pro' if on the Growth plan, or 'Upgrade to Business' if on the Pro plan).
