A guided tour of your Bloopy command center.

The Bloopy Dashboard is your central command center, offering real-time visibility and detailed insights into your conversational commerce activities. The dashboard is divided into three key analytical sections designed to help you track performance, revenue, and product inventory.

1. Performance Overview

Located at the very top, the Performance Overview section gives you a quick snapshot of key business metrics. You can customize this view using two dropdown filters on the top right:

  • Metric Selection Dropdown: Switch the data cards between Leads, Customers, Products, Orders, Tickets, and Transactions.
  • Timeframe Dropdown: Select the date range to display (e.g., 'This Month', 'Today', etc.).

When a metric is selected, four dynamic key performance indicator (KPI) cards render the corresponding data, alongside green or red percentage change indicators showing how your current period compares to the previous one (e.g., displaying Total Leads, New Leads, Won Leads, and Leads on Hold when Leads is selected).

2. Revenue Analytics

Positioned in the middle of the dashboard, this section plots your financial trends over time in a visual bar chart. It features two dropdown filters on the top left:

  • Revenue Metric Dropdown: Switch the chart between Total Revenue, Net Revenue, Processing Order Revenue, Abandoned Cart Revenue, New Orders, and Lead Conversion.
  • Time Range Dropdown: Filter historical data by Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, or Last 12 months.

The main display shows your total value (e.g., ₦235,610, $150.00, £120.00, or €140.00) for the chosen period alongside the growth/decline rate (e.g., -51.5% vs previous period). Hovering over individual bars in the chart reveals the exact date and revenue value for that timestamp.

3. Operational & Inventory Insights

At the bottom of the dashboard, three cards provide focus areas for daily operations:

  • Top Selling Products: Lists your best-performing catalog items with their images, unit prices, total sales count, and visual trend percentages. Use the 'View all' link at the bottom to expand the full catalog ranking.
  • Low Stock Products: Displays inventory alerts for products that are running low or out of stock (including negative values indicating backordered items), allowing you to restock proactively.
  • Top Customers: Displays your highest-spending customers with their order count and total lifetime value (LTV), letting you identify your most loyal advocates.
Tip: Use these analytics daily to monitor how your AI sales agent is performing. For example, a rise in 'Won Leads' or a drop in 'Abandoned Cart Revenue' indicates your conversational campaigns are converting successfully.
