Manage your credits, top up your wallet balance, select credit packages, configure payment cards, and set up auto-recharge thresholds.
The Wallet dashboard allows you to manage your messaging credits, fund your balance, configure payment cards, and set up auto-recharge thresholds. Since outbound template notifications and AI conversation workflows deduct credits from your balance, keeping a funded wallet is essential to ensure your conversational channels stay online.
1. Wallet Interface & Metrics
Navigate to Settings > Wallet (in the left sidebar) to view your wallet status. The dashboard displays the following cards:
- Credit Balance: Displays your current available messaging credits (e.g., 13,235 Credits). You can click '+ Add funds' to open the top-up modal.
- Billing Type & Limit: Indicates your billing tier (e.g., 'Pay As You Go') and your credit spending limit (e.g., 'Unlimited').
- Total Credit Outflow: Tracks the total number of credits consumed by outbound messages and automation.
- Total Credit Top-up: Tracks the lifetime total of credits added to your account (e.g., 13,235 Credits).
2. Adding Funds & Purchasing Credits
Click '+ Add funds' on the Wallet card (or the '+' icon next to your balance on the top bar) to open the Fund Wallet modal. You can choose between two payment methods:
- Debit Card: Connect a card to purchase credits instantly. The system will redirect you to a secure payment gateway to finalize the transaction.
- Bank Transfer: For larger business accounts, you can transfer funds directly to Bloopy's bank accounts to replenish your balance.
When funding via Debit Card, you can select from our preset Credit Packages which offer bonus credits, or enter a custom amount (Naira):
- Preset Packages (Recommended): Selecting a package grants extra bonus credits. Packages include ₦2,000 (120 credits + 10% bonus), ₦5,000 (300 credits + 10% bonus), ₦10,000 (600 credits + 20% bonus), ₦25,000 (1,500 credits + 20% bonus), ₦40,000 (2,600 credits + 30% bonus), and ₦75,000 (5,000 credits + 30% bonus).
- Custom Amount: You can enter any custom Naira amount (e.g., 5000). Note that custom top-ups are calculated dynamically based on exchange rates (e.g., ₦5,000 gives 275 Credits) and do not qualify for the preset package bonus percentages.
Transaction Notice: Credits will be added to your account instantly after a successful payment. Please note that a flat ₦100 processing fee applies to all Naira top-up transactions.
3. Managing Payment Methods
To enable credit purchases and auto-recharge, you must link a primary payment method:
- Adding a Card: Click '+ Add Card' in the Payment Method section. A confirmation prompt will ask you to proceed to a secure external gateway page where you enter your card details (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Once verified, it is registered as your DEFAULT method.
- Removing a Card: Click 'Remove Card' next to your active card profile to safely delete the saved card details from your account settings.
4. Configuring Auto Recharge
To ensure your AI agent never experiences downtime due to zero credits, you can enable auto-recharge. Click 'Set Up' (orange button) on the Auto Recharge card:
- Recharge Threshold: Define the minimum credit point (e.g., 500 credits remaining) that triggers a recharge.
- Recharge Amount: Choose the credit package or credit volume that should automatically charge your default linked card when the threshold is hit.
