Configure delivery countries, specify state and city zones, and set custom shipping prices and delivery estimates.
The Shipping Rates page allows you to define where your business delivers and set precise cost calculations. Setting accurate zones enables your AI agent to auto-calculate delivery costs during WhatsApp checkouts and inform customers of delivery timelines.
1. Shipping Rates Archive
The directory displays a complete log of your active delivery areas. The table includes:
- Location: The target country of delivery (e.g., Nigeria).
- Zone: The specific state and city boundary (e.g., Address: Lagos - Surulere).
- Price: The shipping fee calculated in the local currency (e.g., ₦3,500, $5.00, £4.00, or €4.50).
- Estimated Delivery: The timeframe range presented to the customer (e.g., Between 1 day and 3 days).
- Status: The active status badge showing if the rate is live.
- Actions: Click the vertical three-dot menu on any row to edit or delete the rate configuration.
2. Adding Delivery Zones
Click '+ Add Shipping Rate' on the top right to open the configuration modal:
- Country Selection: Select the country (e.g., Nigeria or United States). The system will automatically map the local currency (e.g., ₦, $, £, or €) to this location.
- Delivery Zone details: Specify the State and City, set the Delivery Price, and input the Estimated Delivery Time range (between X and Y days or weeks).
- Multi-Zone Grouping: Click '+ Add another delivery zone' to stack multiple regions (e.g., adding Lagos - Maryland for ₦5,000 or New York - Brooklyn for $10.00, £8.00, or €9.00 and 1-2 days). Added zones appear as summarized cards within the modal with individual settings menus.
- Delivery Note (Optional): Add specific shipping instructions or driver notes (e.g., 'Only weekdays, contact driver') to show at checkout.
