Group your items into logical categories for easier browsing.
Collections allow you to group related products (e.g., 'Summer Collection' or 'Bestsellers'). This makes it easier for the AI to recommend complementary items to customers.
- Go to Products > Collections.
- Click 'Create Collection'.
- Name your group and select the items to include.
Collections are also reflected in your conversational menu on WhatsApp, allowing customers to browse by category.
