Connecting Shopify & Zoho

Last updated 3 days ago

Sync your storefront catalog, inventory levels, and CRM data across your business systems.

Bloopy is designed to act as a bridge between your active customer conversations and the back-office tools that power your business. In the Settings > Third Party Apps section, you can manage integrations with popular e-commerce, CRM, and accounting suites.

How Third-Party Sync Works

Integrating your apps allows the Bloopy AI agent to access real-time store data to serve customers autonomously:

  • Shopify Storefront Integration: Synchronizes your active product catalog, variants, pricing, and live inventory counts. This allows the AI agent to verify stock, suggest items, and generate secure Shopify checkout links directly in chat.
  • Zoho Inventory CRM Integration: Syncs stock levels across multiple warehouses, updates SKU data, and automatically generates sales orders in Zoho when a transaction is completed over WhatsApp.

Connecting Your Stores

To connect a third-party app to your Bloopy workspace:

  1. Open Settings: Navigate to Settings using the left sidebar, and click on 'Third Party Apps'.
  2. Select the Application: Review the integrations directory (including Shopify, Bumpa, WooCommerce, Zoho Inventory, QuickBooks, and Xero).
  3. Initialize Authorization: Click the 'Connect' button on the respective app card (note: some integrations are currently rolled out in phased beta access and may display a 'Coming Soon' badge. Contact support if you need early access).
  4. Grant API Access: You will be redirected to the provider's OAuth page (e.g., Shopify Admin or Zoho Accounts). Log in and authorize Bloopy to read and write catalog and order data.
  5. Configure Sync Preferences: Define catalog update frequencies and specify if customer profiles should automatically sync with your CRM.
Beta Notice: If you are trying to connect an integration that is marked as 'Coming Soon' in your dashboard, please reach out to our team at support@bloopy.ai. We are actively onboarding early-access merchants to test real-time stock sync and accounting automation.
