Complete business KYB verification, connect bank accounts for settlements, manually request withdrawals, and track payout history.
To receive funds from your automated WhatsApp checkout sales, you must verify your business and configure your settlement payout account. The Settings > Payouts & Settlement dashboard lets you manage bank details, check your earnings, initiate manual withdrawals, and audit payout transactions.
1. The Business KYB Verification Process
Before you can add a settlement bank account and withdraw funds, your workspace must complete the Know Your Business (KYB) verification process to comply with financial regulations:
- Business Profile Data: You must provide details including corporate registration documents (e.g., CAC documents in Nigeria) and tax identifiers.
- Nigeria Address Verification: If your business is based in Nigeria, you must submit verified physical address documentation for both the business entity and the managing director.
- Verification Status: Once submitted, the compliance team reviews your records, and your Payout Accounts card will display a green 'Verified' badge once approved.
2. Adding a Settlement Account
Once KYB verification is complete, navigate to Settings > Payouts & Settlement and click the '+ Add New Account' button on the Payout Accounts card to configure your bank details:
- Country & Bank: Select the destination country (e.g., Nigeria, United States, United Kingdom, or Europe) and choose your financial institution from the bank dropdown (e.g., Guaranty Trust Bank).
- Account Number & Currency: Input your bank account number and select the settlement currency (e.g., NGN, USD, GBP, or EUR).
- Account Name Verification: Click the 'Verify' button next to the account name field. The system will automatically query the bank and auto-fill the verified account name to prevent routing errors.
- Payout Frequency: Select how often your earnings are settled (e.g., Daily or Weekly).
- Minimum Payout Threshold (Optional): Set a minimum amount (e.g., ₦10,000 / $50 / £40 / €45) that must accumulate in your balance before a payout is automatically processed.
- Default Toggle: Turn on 'Make account default' to route payouts to this bank by default.
3. Wallet Balances & Requesting Withdrawals
The Payouts & Settlement page displays a Wallet summary tracking your active funds in real time:
- Current Balance: The funds currently settled and available for payout (e.g., ₦1,139,618 / $1,500 / £1,200 / €1,300).
- Total Inflow: Your all-time earnings processed since the creation of the workspace.
- Total Payouts: The lifetime amount withdrawn from your wallet.
- Withdrawing Funds: Click the 'Withdraw Funds' button. In the form that appears, enter the withdrawal amount in your local currency (e.g., NGN, USD, GBP, or EUR) and click 'Confirm Withdrawal'. For security verification, the system will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your verified email address. Enter the OTP code to authorize the request, and the payout will be settled to your default payout account.
4. Payout History & Timeline
Review your payouts history table at the bottom of the page to audit previous withdrawals. You can filter payouts using the 'Search by Transaction ID' bar or the Date Range calendar. For each transaction, the system tracks:
- Transaction ID: The unique reference code (e.g., 3853303720). Click the eye icon to inspect receipt details.
- Request & Processed Time: Timestamps indicating when the withdrawal was requested and when it was completed.
- Amount & Status: The currency value withdrawn (in NGN, USD, GBP, or EUR), and the transaction status: Completed (green badge) or Pending (yellow badge).
