Access past payment transactions, billing history, and download PDF receipts.
Detailed records for every subscription payment and credit purchase are available at the bottom of the Settings > Billing & Usage panel under Billing History.
1. Billing History Ledger
The Billing History card allows you to toggle between two views for record-keeping:
- Payments Tab: Lists all payment transactions showing Transaction ID (e.g., tp92g45k3e9xtrk), Date (e.g., Mar 30, 2026), Amount paid (e.g., ₦25,000 / $30.00 / £25.00 / €28.00), and Status badge (e.g., Success or Failed).
- Invoices Tab: Lists generated PDF invoices with receipt details, tax details, and download options.
2. Viewing and Downloading Receipts & Invoices
Access official financial records for your business expenses:
- View Transactions: Click the eye (view) icon next to any line item under the Payments tab to inspect receipt breakdowns.
- Download Receipt PDF: From the transaction view, click the download button to save individual payment receipts for your records.
- Download Invoice PDF: Under the Invoices tab, click the download icon next to any billing period to save full invoice PDFs containing itemized breakdowns, taxes, and merchant billing details.
