Modify auto-renewal settings and credit thresholds to keep your AI assistant online.
Avoid service interruptions by enabling Auto Settings. If your credits run out, your AI assistant will stop interacting with customers until top-ups are completed.
1. Auto-Renewal Modes
Navigate to Settings > Billing & Usage and click 'Edit Setup' or 'Update Threshold' to select an action mode:
- No auto action: Your AI assistant will stop when credits run out. You will need to manually renew or upgrade to get it back online.
- Auto-upgrade: Automatically upgrades your workspace to the next tier (e.g., from Growth to Pro) when your credits fall below your designated threshold.
- Auto-renew: Automatically renews and charges your current plan to replenish credits when they fall below the threshold.
2. Setting and Validating Credit Thresholds
Customize the credit point at which auto-actions are triggered:
- Credit Threshold Input: Enter the remaining credits number that triggers the action (e.g., 50 credits remaining). Set this to 0 to only trigger when completely exhausted.
- Threshold Validation Rule: The threshold must be strictly lower than your current plan's credit limit (e.g., lower than 1,500 credits on the Growth plan). Entering an invalid threshold (e.g., 5000) will display a red validation error: 'Threshold must be lower than the plan's credit limit'.
