Configure delivery channels and alert triggers for conversations, leads, tickets, and billing.
Managing your notification preferences allows you to customize how and when you receive alerts from your Bloopy dashboard. By choosing the right mix of delivery channels and event triggers, you can stay informed about critical merchant operations without cluttering your workflow.
1. Notification Delivery Channels
Configure the channels where updates should be sent. Go to Settings > Notifications to adjust these preferences:
- Email Notifications: Receive updates and alerts via email directly to your registered administrator address.
- In-App Notifications: Get real-time alerts within the application while navigating the dashboard.
2. Customizing Alert Triggers
Control which business events trigger notifications by toggling the settings under the notification preferences panel:
- New Lead Assignment: Notify me when a new lead is assigned to me in the customer routing queue.
- Ticket Status Updates: Receive alerts on changes to ticket statuses, priorities, or assignments.
- New Conversation Messages: Alert me when I receive new messages in conversations, ensuring fast manual takeover response times.
- Billing & Usage Alerts: Get notified about billing cycles, usage limits, plan renewals, or payment issues.
3. Saving Preferences
Once you have adjusted the notification channels and triggers to your preference, click the 'Save Preferences' button at the bottom of the card to save and apply the changes immediately across your workspace.
